While visiting the town of Thames yesterday, we were impressed by the effort to make the walkway along the beachfront visually pleasant. Here are a few of the colourful artworks. There were lots more on the footpath, done by various community groups.
Wow - that is something that will definitely be remembered for the town. What a neat idea. Those colors sure brighten up your world - at least for a little bit. Nice collage.
That is very nicely done Dianne....I have been to Thames as we comeback from the Coromandel over the top. We didn't stop though to look much although we once went fishing just north of the town & went for fish & chips....that is my memory of Thames!
