Aliens on the bridge by dide

Aliens on the bridge

This is a bridge over the lower reaches of the Waikato River. Tonight I tried to get a good image of it - a difficult task, as the bridge is narrow and has no walkway. At present, it is undergoing a paint job, but if you look closely, you can see graffiti on the top of the nearest arch! Brave or stupid?
Wonderful timing and lovely detail in limited light Dianne, love the orange glow was it caused by a Sodium street light?:)

Very cool light trails Dianne, I like how they warble a little when they go over the bumps on the bridge. :)

Great shot and pov. Always liked this bridge. When we read on the paper last week Farmer George remembered that it was last painted by two local men back in the 70s .. so probably well ready to be done again

Those light trails really do have a spooky feel. Thanks for all the kind comments and favs on my Project over the past few years, they are very much appreciated. I have really enjoyed following your Project :)

Wow, fab light trails, and does look rather like aliens are abroad. Looks like an interesting bridge, but so sad to see some of those wretched tags scrawled on it. Pure vandalism.

Fascinating light trails... as if some ghost is carrying a lantern. A beautiful bridge, too. On the graffiti front, I just have nothing for this fad. :)

Love the image. It amazes me how the graffiti 'artists' manage to tag this bridge & others without ladders, scaffolding etc. When do they do it & why does no one see them?

Nice light trail. I love rainbow arch bridges. There is one a few hours away that was built in 1922 that has withstood floods that have taken out its successors.
