Today’s cycle ride had some seriously challenging spots. We all had to walk our bikes through this bit and there were a few kms of big rocky tracks. We only did 38 km today but it was slow in patches. In our group there were a few falls but no major injuries. Beautiful views across farmland and over the coast. A great day with just a sprinkle of rain then a head wind for the last few kms. There were lots of seals along the coast and some cute little pups.
Goodness gracious that looks like torture to me and not for the faint hearted! Well done to the whole group. A fabulous shot from you making them look like miniatures.
