Well, it rained most of last night, all day today, and most of the day tomorrow from what I am hearing. Hey, I'm not complaining, but the creeks and rivers are rising. It is that time of the year, and with the melting of the snow and ice, things are likely to flood. Anyway, with all the rain, no chance to get out for photos. A good night to put on the slippers, grab a cup of coffee and watch the fun. Kiko, in the upper left corner looks so innocent, and then he suddenly grabs a toy from Toby and runs to his hideout in the upper middle photo. As I pretend to steal it back from him, he quickly pops out looking fierce, and as though he is going to take off my fingers, upper right. It's a big game, then finally Toby makes his move and grabs the toy back and a tug of war ensues. Toby literally pulls Kiko right out of his hideout. This goes on for quite some time, pulling, growling, and sounding fierce until one or the other gives up. To someone who doesn't know their foxy behaviors, they would think they were truly ready to get into a big fight. They are a lot of fun, and definitely meant to be together.

Aaahh, I had a dog who's nickname was Kiko--a bit bigger than this little bundle of energy, though. This is purely adorable! I cannot imagine a life without pets, they bring so much joy to me :-)
It's rained here for two days and now we are expecting 3-5 inches of snow overnight. Ugh!
