This was actually takren yesterday. It is one of the roses in the bouquet I bought my wife for her birthday the other day. My daughter wanted me to take a photo of the bouquet so she could see it. In the process, I focused in on this rose, as I thought it stood out among all the other beautiful flowers in her bouquet. I played with the editing, and decided on this. To me it is the highlight of the bouquet, just as she is the highlight of my life. She is my partner, my best friend, and above anything else, she is what makes my life worthwhile. Tomorrow morning I will be traveling to Pittsburgh to do some training at one of our sister facilities in Sewickley, and I will be returning Wednesday evening. It is always strange going away, and leaving her at home, because we usually go everywhere together. So for the next few days, I will try my best to stay on top of all the commenting. I will be taking my lap top along, and I will have wireless hookup at the motel, so I will be in touch sometime tomorrow. Hope you all have a great Monday.

I have such a soft spot for roses. I wonder if they are the most photographed flower due to the way their delicate petals all come together to form this most amazing flower. This photo is absolutely stunning. Your wife is a lucky woman, and from what you say, you are a lucky man!
