After The Snow

photo 510
Today it warmed up. It was in the 40's, and let me tell you, much of the snow melted. I went out for a late afternoon walk around the old tunnel, and the setting sun cast its beautiful glow all over the remaining snow, and the colors still shined nicely. It was a gorgeous day afterall, and I was able to get out to enjoy the remaining beauty of the Fall colors. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

This is so neat! It blows my mind seeing the color on the trees on one side and the snow and darkness on the other. Perfect composition and framing.

Nicely done. Autumn is receding, on the other side of the river, and winter is right at your feet. Perfect shot to show for this strange weather weekend.
