Towers Of Power by digitalrn

Towers Of Power

The lighting was awesome this afternoon, and I liked the look of the rich ground and the rows of young corn coming in. Everythig is coming in so nicely because of the rains we've been having, and the nice warm days. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
You've made an awesome pov out of these power lines ... fantastic lighting, colors and lines.

An impressive shot- the lighting, curved corn rows and repetitive power lines really work together so well. Nice one Rick!

Sue
I see we both had power shots this day! are these over a farmers field??
June 9th, 2012
Sounds like you are enjoying the weather. Isn't it funny how the subject of some shots is what you try NOT to capture in other shots?

This looks great with all those power towers!

Something that is hated, something that is loved, something that is photographed and something that is avoided; they get in the way and spoil the view, but without them, we wouldn't be able to sit and type comments like this.
Every time I see them, I think "War of the Worlds".

Great composition Rick! Isn't it wonderful to see all the recent rain? I was getting a little worried since we were so dry this spring.

Corn and power lines! This is not the kind of thing I'd ever see here. Rick, I want to thank you so much for your constant support. It's been such a rough week, and your kind words really meant alot to me.

Rain and sun. Life cannot exists without either. We are fortunate to live in a country that has a decent balance.
