The Year Was 1954

For the past several years I have been gathering family information in an attempt to put together a book of family history. Our Parents shared very little about our ancestors, so a few years ago I decided to find out as much as I could about my family and where they all came from. It is a lot of work, and it takes a lot o ftime, but it has been fun. During the past several months I have been putting this information together in a timeline with hopes of compiling a nice book of our family history for our Children. It has been fun looking through photos, and this is one I came across of myself when I was about 4 months old.
So priceless! I love these photos! You haven't changed a bit! lol!

You were such a cute baby! What a priceless gift for your children and grandchildren. How on earth do you find the time? I'm contemplating a big side project too, and you've given me hope that it can be done.

Looks just like you! My father-in-law passed in November and in the back of his closet I found all the letters he wrote home to his to-be-bride. I also am compiling a book of them. Have you ever seen V-Mail?

Your picture shows a nice little chubby boy who looks a bit skeptical - if only he knew that one day he'll be the photogropher taking pictures.

What a darling tub you were! Oh, and genealogy is fun! I've discovered all sorts of interesting kinfolk up and down the family tree. Some are curious to meet distant cousins, some are not.
