indeed! i really like the lighthouse one too.
i personally haven't played too much with long exposures but you can sure create some interesting images!

Awesome - thanks for sharing! The first lighthouse one is also my favorite.
You can get some awesome shots of lightning with long exposure times. I want to play with it more... but it takes a lot of time!

Add in a bit of a spin or focal burst and you can add to the effect. I did it a friends wedding recently.

Was inspired by these photos and went out for a few attempts myself tonight.
It's more difficult than I had thought, but I had a few nice photos amongst those I took.
So, today's theme for me is slow shutter photography :-)
