This is awesome! Funnily enough, I find myself relating to pretty much all of them at least a bit. This will definitely be on my mind next time I'm street shooting...
@axel I am also the Shy Person - except, I pretty much only use my iPhone for street shooting, so that when I get caught, I can pretend I'm texting. *headdesk*
LOL! This is a great article! But the "crazy" category is missing. I have to say I know photography is a form of art and many artists are left brained. But ok when was the last time a painter made a painting of a DEAD LEAF and called it a master piece???? I am new on 365 and I have discovered photographers on this site are creative, talented, but also crazy with the subjects they use to photograph! Just today I saw a bokeh "BUT" fart, dark vader picking another action figures nose, and I could go on & on! Surely number 11 is crazy! (Ok - if you are one of those crazy photographers please don't be offended - it's better that you are shooting a camera than a weapon!) I'm actually surprised at the creativity that is out there - even if some of it is a bit bazaar!
@beautifulthing hahaha, no offence taken! Ok, you got me on the dead leaves but "but" bokeh farts and action figures picking the other's nose???
In all honesty I LOVE 365 and I really enjoy the creativity & the sense of humor I see here. I actually took a couple shots of dead leaves today before I even wrote this. I just think I need to wait a while for my photography to be accepted before I completely let loose!!!
@myhrhelper Bokeh Butt Fart is a masterpiece!!! lol - the sense of humour on this site is what keeps me going some days, otherwise the pace of a shot a day for 365 days would probably murder me:)
@pwallis No joke. How many beautiful macros of flowers or sparkling balls of bokeh (yeah, I called it BOKEH) does one more site need, already?
Says the girl who has shot mostly a Wonder Woman action figure for a week straight. Le sigh. And also frequently shoots macros of flowers. And has about three sparkling balls shots up right now.
@beautifulthing I was just actually eyeing up the orchid sitting beside my laptop and thinking about breaking out my macro lens. I hardly have any macro flower shots in my project. And ideas grow thin this far into my project.....
@pwallis Dude, I am the queen of macro flower shots. They are one of my favorite things. I think I have eleventy gazillion of them on my Flickr. :) Oooh, it might be time to pick up some flowers from the market and do another. Thou art inspiring me! :)
@myhrhelper yeah, fun is the main thing, or you get 365 burn-out pretty damn quick. Every once in awhile we host a crappy photo competition, where you take your worst sooc shot of the day (but you have to actually be trying for a good shot) and post it. Everyone gets to laugh at your epic fail and it's pretty entertaining:)

For me 7 and 10, but obscured by a heavy dose of 1: it is all about critical theory! Missing the category of on safari, the twitcher with 10 foot camera lenses and teh naturalist: oops that is in the nature and landscape list. @myhrhelper@jasehoad@dieter@melissapike
