Hey check out my photos and give me some advice please! (Thats what this whole things all about eh?) Got my camera a few months ago and just getting started!
you'll get some comments/advice for comments you make and advice you give, its not a trade one for one, but if you make friends you'll work out who comments well. Essentially its based on - hopefully - a genuine like of each others work. You don't need the discussion board for comments, its pretty frowned upon (hence my sarcasm) and you gotta have seen the million newbies this last two weeks who posted the same thread. Well time is money my man, find someones work you love and tell them why you love it, and eventually you'll get a good comment back and it will be worth a million dollars.
365 is what you make it ... but it's not a camera club for critique of pictures ... you may get it and, when you invite it, perhaps you will ... but after three full years here ... it's more about sharing pictures and enjoying those of others, I think.
