Just looking into finding some free Lightroom and Photoshop actions on the interweb. Let me know which ones you use and think are worth having.
Not really used them before, usually spend hours trying to edit photos without huge success. Thought some presets and actions might be interesting to try out.
Shed loads of Lightroom ones, but I can never remember where I get them from :) However the last one's downloaded were from Eric Kims's website, I have been using a couple of B&W ones for street stuff
Same here being new to LR up to end of 2010, didnt even know they existed until VIkdaddy posted a link last year. Have'nt used them all but worth having in your collection, does the job for ya.
I don't really ever use actions or presets anymore or if I do, it's pretty rare, but I really like Rita's Coffee Shop (google it, I don't have the link) she's got a wide variety of stuff, plus she gives you tutorials to do the work yourself (if you don't want to learn, just download the action) I ended up learning a lot of stuff on her website and do my own adjustments now, so I have more control, rather than using actions. But I think it's a great teaching tool. I make my own actions now (learning stuff from Rita)
Totally Rad actions has some free ones that are great. I also have gone to a blog
www.thecoffeeshopblog.com that has some pretty good free actions. I use actions all the time and i have found that I have learned alot about Photoshop by using them

I still use them. The Bryan Wheeler set is a particular fav.
I check PresetsHeaven every so often for other presets:

I've found the Petruzzo presets particularly useful: http://www.presetsheaven.com/2011/01/16/big-pack-of-free-lightroom-presets/
