It happens occasionally, posting links on popular sites like this is a good way to improve the linked site's ranking on search engines. I've e-mailed Ross about a couple of other accounts in the past which he deleted, and I suspect he'll do the same with this one when he spots it.
I'll mention him here so he sees the thread: @Scrivna
Wrong if you ask me - BUT - doesn't look like it is against the 'terms and conditions. of this site, as there is no rule to say you cant post 365 adverts.
The only 'get out' clauses I can see are:
"365 Project reserves the right to discontinue the Service at any time after a 30-day notice via email"
or:
"365 Project reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time at any time, including adding and removing features." - which would mean a new rule against 365 free adverts could be added.
@styru The terms of service don't prevent an account being closed for any reason the site owner wants. The only benefit of the terms of service, to the user, is that if the account is closed and you haven't violated the terms of service, you would be entitled to a (probably pro-rated) refund of any fees you've paid. As the user has a free account, that would of course be nothing.
Regardless, spamming of any form, including spamdexing, is generally considered abuse of a service by most service providers, and that's clearly covered in the terms:
'Any abuse of the Service will lead to termination of your account. 365 Project reserves the right to decide what is considered abuse of the Service.'
@pocketmouse Companies as large as hotel chains like that would hire full time social media plebs to literally spend all day posting their stuff as far and wide as possible! It's very profitable from what I understand. Crabiajohan also has a board on Pinterest...
Thanks guys, yeah I don't really like people doing this sort of stuff, it is a bit of a cheek really, just trying to scam their way to better search rankings. I've disabled the account so we don't have to pay to promote their stuff! Thanks for pointing it out!
So if I wanted more faves on my Frogmato shot, I could have simply employed someone from the Asian continent to do so? Saving me time and ummm keystrokes?

I see we're not the only site being targeted by this user:

There are virtual "PA's" available for a very cheap rate - all you'd do is just give them all the images with the blurbs and tell them to go do it

I am not trying to be the 365project police, but it is annoying to look the latest images and click on one that is a sales pitch.
