Weather dependent I am planning sunset shoot for this coming Sunday and wanted to give fellow Seattle photographers heads up in case somebody wanted to join me. I'm thinking Discovery Park or Gasworks Park this time.
@Stephomy I need to stop by one day after work to see what areas are accessible. I would like to do sunset and after sunset reflections there so hopefully I can find a spot with view of downtown. I'll let you know.
@epcello@tina_mac I'm going to head to Discovery Park to take sunset photos in the lighthouse area. It would be great to have company. I'm thinking about meeting at the main parking lot around 3:00 p.m. That should give us enough time to get to to location and set up before the sun goes down. I'm going to post firm time on Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
I'm sorry Gabi, I don't think I can make it this time...we have a lot going on this weekend and one kid that isn't sleeping well which is making life "difficult" :) I hope to make it next time! Enjoy it!
It just dawned on me that parking might be a problem on sunny weekend afternoon. Let's plan to meet directly at the lighthouse at 3:30 p.m., that way everybody can park where it suits them best. Also if somebody wants to come earlier and explore, they don't have to worry about going back all the way to the entrance.
@epcello@mcrt I thought I'd tag you two since you seemed interested, and it looks like @gabigabs has finalized the plans. It will be cool to meet you guys tomorrow. Hopefully it's not too cold.
