Looking for Leana

Does anyone else wonder whatever happened to Leana Niemand? She cycled off from her home in Cape Town over 7 years ago and posted wonderful images on 365 from all around the world, then suddenly stopped posting towards the end of January.
I've checked her Facebook page and nothing sinister seems to have happened to her, but there was no warning of her intention to leave 365 and I for one really miss keeping up with her travels.

I think she is in South Africa. I saw a couple of happy postings from her on FB over the last couple of days.

Yup, I follow her on FB too and was lucky enough to meet her in Seattle. She is in Cape Town and still taking amazing pictures. I'm sure we'll see some of those pictures on here soon.

I bet she'd be surprised at how many people around the world think of her - hoping all is all right in South Africa - and hoping she'll return here to 365 some day. I loved her shots!

She is so often in places where the internet is sparse that I'd just assumed she was unable to post. Sure hope all goes well with her family.

I was very fortunate and happy to meet Leana while she was home in Cape Town! It's thanks to her that I learned about 365. Meanwhile she's back in Asia doing what she loves most 😀
