I was wondering if others are experiencing pop up adverts when they click on the notifications tab or when they click on a photo to view and leave a comment. I have been experiencing this since the site was put back up over the weekend. The adverts appear in a collage of six or eight different ads and take up the bottom half of my screen. If I click the close button on the adverts they start opening up new tabs in my browser.
@nicolecampbell I've had this before and I think, although I'm not completely sure, that clicking on them led to malware being downloaded on my screen that kept making adverts appear when I was online. It was rather a nightmare to get rid of them.
@nicolecampbell I occasionally get a pop up when I'm on 365 that says something like "Click here for help with photo technique" I think I clicked on that and that started the pop-ups coming. Mine got worse and worse to the point that it was very difficult to actually use the PC. I'm a long, long way from being an expert but if you have pop-ups that keep appearing I would run a malware clean up programme and see what it comes up with. I had to try a few before I found one that could actually completely clean up my PC.
