Hi folks. I'm giving the 365 thing another go. I tried once before on another site but didn't persevere. I need to kick start my photographic motivation. To explore and try something new. I have fallen into the trap of pleasing everyone else and not myself. I really need to photograph whatever I like and not worry whether anyone else likes it. So here goes!

Welcome to 365 Pam, from a fellow South African. Since it is your project you just do your own thing. Most folks on the site are friendly and helpful and will only offer any critique if it's specifically asked for. One of the best ways to become involved is to comment regularly on people's albums and mostly they will reciprocate.
Same here. I started few years ago but I could not go with this project more that 3 months. I lost my old account and I made this new one. Now I will give it another try. I promised myself to take a camera with me everywhere I will go. :) I live in Europe (Romania), Here is winter, I'm looking for the snow :)
Hi, I did this for almost a year as loved it, I learnt so much and now I have a Nifty Fifty lense I know I can take better photos close up, that's making me excited :)

Hi, I'm Deirdre. I did a 365 a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. Was looking for one to try again. I just heard about this site from a member friend today so I joined but didn't take a pic today. I'll start tomorrow. I'm looking to improve my photography and want to upgrade my camera this year - so hopefully I can get some good advice here as well. I live in Maryland, in the USA.
