Popped back on to check my account with a view to rejoining this fantastic community and my account although still there has reverted to 0 posts, I had over 2 years worth of photos which seem to be lost. I immediately paid my ACE membership thinking i would get my pictures back but not to be. Help?

OH NOOOOO. Love your work, Lucy. Hope it's recoverable! Rather heartbreaking, isn't it. I didn't renew ACE and lost my first year.

@alophoto lost it completely? I can't believe lost albums can't be found again. I'm hoping as actually my photos only exist on the site, don't think I backed them up and changed computers

If I paid ACE, maybe it would come back. Don't care enough or have enough spare dough to pay to see. My ACE expired in August. Hope and pray that Ross can help you restore your account!

hello, strange it does say there are a number of photos in your albums, if you only just paid the ace maybe it takes a day or you need to log out and back in, something to try.

@kali66 hi Kali, yes I have paid the ace but they haven't returned. I had done probably 3 years so there should be lots in album 1
