Thumb Nail Photo Reverted Back

Please can somebody tell me how to change my thumbnail photo? It's changed on my profile and settings but when I post a comment it's gone back to the first photo I used when first here!

Yes, just give it a day, that's exactly what happened to me when I changed mine.

That's a recurring problem for me when I change my profile pic! Sometimes I take the trouble to go back and redo the new photo I've just uploaded; sometimes it solves the problem.
