I'm at home, working occasionally, so have time to learn processing and editing ( or as I used to call it cheating). I spent 4 hours following a 20 minute YouTube tutorial to get this done!!

Stay safe!! Take care of yourself and others 🤗

White Lake Pioneer Cemetery, (est. 1861- 1943) is located on a picturesque wooded knoll just outside Madoc, Ontario. I have driven by it many times and finally had the opportunity to stop in when Hubby and I were in Madoc to visit his father and get some important paperwork done.
This simple little heart with just the little girl's first name and age touched me deeply.

I had watched and photographed the parents whizzing back and to the nest feeding the babies. Nice to see the chicks.

Sue

Red is my dominant colour and so I am always drawn to it. I visualize how I wanted this picture to look and it worked. A touch of the femininity in me.

I just liked the contrast of textures between the smooth leaves growing on the rough bark of this oak tree in my side yard.

I tried the Tag Challenge for the first time and landed on "Outdoors" and "Hipstamatic." Having no idea what that meant, I learned something on this challenge and quite liked the effects available on the app! (This is what the landscape looks like in my village on the west coast of Alaska. Quite bleak, but beautiful in its own way.)
