Is it possible to delete followers who do not post anymore?

March 6th, 2022
Hi, I just realised that I have 300 followers of which many are not active anymore. Is it possible to delete them? TIA

You cannot delete followers, only people you follow

if they are not active they will eventually fall out of the system anyway... if you could be bothered the only way to do it would be to make all of your folders and photos restricted and allow access only to those you want to but thats a big chore and nobody new would get to see your photos , would also be a problem if you were entering challenges

If you click on the friends list, you can remove them. I occasionally go through, and remove anyone that hasn't posted for a couple of years, as they are obviously no longer active on the site

I guess I always hope that some of those that drifed away might come back. Silly, I suppose

@30pics4jackiesdiamond @kali66 @yorkshirekiwi @lsquared Thanks for your replies. I noticed that there are names who have last posted in 2020 and i would like to remove them. I suppose they have not renewed their membership.

@ludwigsdiana people randomly come back sometimes!

@yorkshirekiwi This is true although that only removes people you follow. I don't believe there's a way to remove followers

@lsquared I've "lost" people and been excited when they popped back, but I did follow them and kept them

@30pics4jackiesdiamond @kali66 @yorkshirekiwi @lsquared @kjarn Thanks everyone, I will just keep them all for another year ;-)

@ludwigsdiana As far as I can tell, they're removed automatically from your list when they haven't been active on 365 for a while and their accounts are deleted by Ross.

Just curious, by why do you want to remove them? Is it so you know who is currently posting on 365 without having to scroll through a really long list?

@nickspicsnz Yes that's about it. Some have not posted since 2019 and I doubt that they are still on 365. There are way over 300 followers and I was curious to see what happened to them ;-)
