I have a plan to revisit my profile picture. When I took it, things were boxed up waiting for us to move so I couldn't get the picture I had in my head. Now that we are settled I just have to get all the pieces in one place at a convienent time...I am itching to get it done. Hopefully soon.
I took this one evening going through a fast food drive-through. Later I was there at a different time of day and thought it would be fun to do the same (almost) shot.
It's great to see how much people are learning and improving their photography or even just trying new things!!! I think 365 is a great cauldron for inspiring progress and daring to try a new style or a new subject - well done everyone!
I know they're not the same photo, but I think it's funny how often I photograph these. I probably would have more, but they haven't bloomed again this year.

This is my first attempt at a water splash/crown. Jan 25th
This was my revisit of it on May 20th
And interestingly, I just revisited a photo about 10 minutes ago, but I don't think I like it, so I probably won't post it.
I had fun with my first ever 'smoke shot'
... but then had even more fun when I revisited it after learning more tricks of the trade.
Bring on the learning! BTW. I totally love your second water shot. It's brilliant!!!

All three seasons were part of my project. The fourth was added with the other three into this collage.
Original with no thought to lighting whatsoever.
Reshoot a year later with a tad more thought.
Reshoot got a fav where the original didn't, so I guess that's progress ;)

The re-shoot just got another fav.
One of my first shots in April of last year, followed by the same ferris wheel over a year later.
And I revisit this place often, each time trying to get a better shot.

And here are the revisited shots! I'm quite pleased with the improvement, largely thanks to my reversing ring.
