David the Camera Settings Challenges were set up originally for the winner to find someone to host the next challenge. An experienced photographer that you admire. Here is a link that lists some photographers would indicated at one point in time they would consider hosting a challenge (many have already). . http://365project.org/myhrhelper/365/2011-12-12
You can however choose anyone you wish. If you are experienced in a particular setting that you would like to teach & host that is your option as well. Also, in that link are all the challenges we have had so far.
@jsw0109@myhrhelper that's great news, my first win! Thank you so much for hosting the challenge and introducing me to the benefits of this setting. I have already stared using it for my photographic work which, although industrial, lends itself at times to dealing with mixed lighting conditions in this way.
I am at work at the moment but I will get back with a photographer to host the next round before the day is out.

@myhrhelper Thanks. I have contacted a photographer I would like to do the next one. If I don't hear back by the morning is it OK if I have a go myself?
