How long does it take for the Ace Membership to kick in?? I made the switch just about an hour ago and nothing has changed. My account was already charged but i haven't received the confirmation email or ave seen any changes on my account... doe s anyone know what i have to do next?
Go to the "YOU" tab and it will give you an option to "manage your albums" (I think it was in the right hand margin where your 365 album is located). If you used a credit card, you should be good to go... if you used a check or debit card it may take 24 hours. Good Luck!
Contact Ross (@Scrivna) about this. You shouldn't have to do anything at all (it should kick in automatically), and it shouldn't take more than an hour to happen. Your user name isn't showing the "ace" badge after it, so something does seem to have gone amiss in the process...
@nanalisarocks yes...at first i thought it just needed a page refreshing but nothing changed! :( @3rdxoff AC i still don't have the option to manage accounts. I only have Your Album and it still gives me the option to Upgrade my Account!!?? I did pay with my debit card though @davidchrtrans Alright...i contacted Ross hopefully he can resolve this! THANKS GUYS!
