CHALLENGE CRITERIA
Collage should consist of SIX images (images don’t have to be taken within the timeframe of the challenge) on the theme of RUST.
The challenge will begin today, 22nd August and end on 6th September Finalists will be announced soon after.

@frantackaberry I use Picasa, which is a free program that I downloaded onto my computer. You can use PicMonkey. Really, any editing program will have a collage feature. There are even several for use on your phone.
