1) Go to discussiions and start a new thme/challenge topic.
2) Call it 'Photobomb Your Selfie #2'.
3) Decide on a start ddate and an end date.
4) Ask people to tag their contributions 'selfie_bomb_2' and maybe post them to the theme/chalenge topic as well?
5) After the end date, pick the three best (your choice) contenders, and let every one vote for their favourite.
6) Announce the winner. (This seems to work best when it's its own topic/article?)
7) Let the winner run the next round - just like the Song Title Challenge, really... Kudos to them!
I didn't run teh first round in a proper manner, just so that it's been said... ;-p
