Ive seen those before, they are useful.
I always end up doing it by hand in Photoshop, though :)

@jessewallace How do you do it by hand? I love the tilt shift effect but have no clue how to do it. I have PHotoshop and usually take photos in .jpg on my crummy little camera but sometimes I get a hold of a canon digital rebel and shoot in raw... If that matters.
