What a beautiful image with so much nice detail shown - he is much nicer than our sparrows - ours are chunkier and have no yellow - this little guy is much more attractive! :)
What a sweet little bird. As the others have said it is not like the UK sparrow at all. In fact his body shape and thin legs looks more like our robin. Cute capture!!
@yorkshirekiwi@robz@pamknowler thank you for your comments - I mistakenly titled him a sparrow but he's actually a little warbler. I'll have to share a sparrow - I suspect our house sparrows are similar to what you may have.
@louannwarren@jamibann Isn't he sweet?! I was so tickled that he stayed long enough to get a shot! They usually bounce all over the place. Mother nature is amazing.
