28th March 2019

I am cracking on with my packing and even did a pile of ironing this morning. I don’t normally ‘do ironing’! This is not a great shot but it is two helicopter ‘gun ships’ flying over the house this morning - could this be preparation for the Brexit chaos that may ensue?!

In the afternoon I walked the length of Teddington High Street and Broad Street asking shops and businesses if they are able to display any of my photo clubs publicity flyers. I think I did pretty well and by the end of my walk I have persuaded 7 shops to display signs including a big poster in Waterstones and I hope my friend will put one in her shop tomorrow when I pop in.

I was on tea duty this evening at my photo club but needless to say, as when I last did the tea, the other person who was supposed to be doing it with me did not turn up. A bit annoying but friends stepped in to give me a hand. It was a print judging evening and it it was sad to see two prints that had been submitted by Agnes, obviously before she left on the fateful trip to Scotland last week.
That’s interesting saw these going over the office in Basingstoke yesterday!!
