I was brave this morning and headed to the hygienist for a 10.00am appointment. I am getting better but had to change to Colin’s hygienist as she has promised not to use the ultrasound tool which I cannot stand.
Forty minutes later and I was out all cleaned! For the rest of the day I was working on finalising arrangements and creating the place settings and signage for the photo club function on Friday. It took some time. I also had a number of calls and emails to sort out.
Later in the afternoon I tracked the flowers I sent to Mum. Yodel lets you actually see where the delivery van is and I was able to text her just before it was delivered to check she’d hear the delivery person. I sent freesias - they are her favourite and I love the scent as well.
This is a pretty plant which I think could be a weed but is all over the garden - not sure what it is though.
It is always difficult not to do ‘this time last week/two weeks ago’... last week it was walking the Lapad Peninsula, the week before a ferry trip to Hvar from Split and three weeks ago we discovered the old town of Zagreb!
