I managed to do three card counts at all remains branches of Waterstones - Richmond, Twickenham and Teddington - despite a few issues from Richmond, cards have been selling well there. I also dropped a invoice off to the Landmark Centre which is when I took this photo of the local church.
I decided to ‘gird my loins’ on the way back and finally make a visit to Squires to see what the position of my greeting cards are. I have had endless problems since the new manager took over the card and gift section over a year ago. My cards have not been put out on display, the display space has been dramatically reduced and at one stage they were not on display at all. Each time I visit I get excuses as to why they are not displayed and I have not been able to restock for over 5 months. This time the space seems to have slightly increased although not all my designs are on display which is surprising as I made a delivery back last October and I am pretty sure they have not all be put out. I counted them anyway.
