Lock down gets more and more exciting! Colin was at golf this morning so I took the opportunity to start sorting out our food cupboard. There were some archaeological finds towards the back, although most things were clearly still edible.
I wiped the shelves and put things back in a more logical order and surprisingly we have gained a lot of space. In the evening I made another quiche which turned out well and with the excess pastry created the third batch of jam tarts.
