Today is the first day of lock down 3. We are advised to stay at home whenever we are not out food shopping or exercising which thee is no limit on time for this lock down. As it is 12th night I spent most of the day taking down all the decorations and the tree. The tree looks almost as good as when we first put it up on the 5th of December and it is such a shame to take everything down as it looks so bare. It took a few hours but not too many needles came off - just enough for this photo!
I cooked the other half of the salmon that was supposed to come down to Cornwall with us over Christmas. I persuaded Colin to make another hot lemon and thyme sauce and as before it was delicious.
