9th March 2021

Day 354 since the start of the 1st lock down.

In the morning we headed over to Molesey by car to pick up wrapping paper for Hester and Mum’s presents and also two boxes of Belgian chocolates that I had ordered from Julia at The Card Collection.

Later in the morning as the weather was a bit milder, I had a second bash at the bedroom chair and after sanding off the bits that had bubbled, I resprayed. There is still a little bubbling and it’s not perfect but it certainly looks a lot better and is beginning to transform the look. The fabric should work well with the white frame.

In the afternoon I wrapped and boxed up Hester’s 50th birthday presents and Mum’s mothers day presents - the second year running I have had to send them.

These are the first of my favourite Mascara flowers a sign of Spring.
