Oh dear. After our run in Bushy Park last night I thought I had escaped the after effects of the vaccine that a lot of people have commented on. Unfortunately not. I felt awful this morning with a hammering headache and despite having just woken up, I was absolutely shattered and could not get out of be until 10.000am! I did managed to get showered and dressed but had to give in later in the day and spent most of the afternoon lolling around on the sofa. If this is just the side effects of the vaccine I certainly wouldn’t want to catch the real virus!
I felt a bit better in the evening but then relapsed by bedtime!
