The after effects of the Covid jab on Friday seems to have finally worn off thank goodness. If that is how bad the vaccination can make me feel, I definitely do not want to catch the true virus.
I worked on creating a new promo video for Twitter and Facebook of local images I have taken over the years int the Borough. I am quite pleased with it as I am using non copyright music and some good text intros.
I was even up to a ‘trot’ in Bushy Park later in the day - nearly at 4kms but still using the C25K app.
