15th April 2021

1 year, 21 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.

This morning we went out early (or earlier than the afternoon!) to Bushy Park for our 5km ‘trot’. I don’t understand why my knees, hips and back feel so bad still despite now regularly going out 3 times a week.

Once showered and partially recovered I had the residual shots for the editorial piece in the TW magazine next week to take. I staggered down to Broad Street in Teddington and a few side streets and then caught the bus to Hampton Wick to finish off. Unfortunately the buses were much more crowded on the way back so I decided to walk it and by the end of the day I had clocked up 18,020 footsteps.

The afternoon was spent negotiating with the Richmond branch of Waterstones regarding the transfer from Kingston - long story - although I think I have come up with a solution that will resolve an issue hanging for nearly 2-years in just a few months.

It was the weekly photo club Zoom session this evening and a good lecture along with congratulations from us all to Ann Healey for achieving the really impressive step of gaining her Fellowship from the Royal photographic Society.
