1 year, 187 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020
I had booked our flu jabs over a month ago before we left for Portugal and now the time had come. I had mine first at Boots but unfortunately the pharmacy had run out of vaccines for the over 65’s which they had not contact edge about. Luckily we worked quickly and after ascertaining that the doctors and another pharmacy also did not have any, our favourite local pharmacy Kirbys came up trumps and Colin got his half an hour later. We were standing under this hanging basket in Broad Street frantically making phone calls!
No bad side effects this time apart from a very sore arm.
