Presbyterian Church, Jackson, Louisiana

I hate those wires--but they are there, and they were probably there in 1950, which was my target date when processing this photo.

This church, dated 1852, is still in use, but I'm not sure if it has services every Sunday. Years ago, the congregation was very small but they had worship about once a month.
Lovely building .. b&w is perfect way to go. I love the processing of this one.

I think you hit it right with the processing, it compliments the building. Often I can ignore the wires, they are a fact of life. But agree with you, these are more annoying than most.

You did a great job here..about the wires..I think this time the one is more noticeable because it runs right thru the word Presbyterian..

Wonderful composition with the tree framing the shot to the left and very effective processing!

Nice capture- I think you processed it perfectly. You might have been able to clone out the lower one. It would have been a painstaking detailed process with a very small "brush" but it could be done.
