But mine does not. Every few years I buy one of these beautiful hanging plants. The following year, it doesn't look remotely like what I bought, but it isn't dead, so I keep it. There is one in my kitchen right now, brought inside in the freezing weather. We call it the stick plant. Last summer it bloomed but did not match the elegance of this one, which is calling my name at the local nursery.
Baton Rougeans are all huddled inside, advised by the authorities to stay off the roads because of sleet. School is out, highways are closed, flights are cancelled. A good day to work on taxes or photos. Ahh, wintery weather in the Deep South....
This is pretty- I can see why it's calling you! Many call my name too but I have learned not to listen for pretty much the same reasons! lol I was thinking about you today and hoping you were safe and off the road. I can't believe the pictures I'm seeing on the news. Incredible!
I hear you! I have the same problem. I've followed the advice of the gardener I bought them from but I don't have the magic touch! They are so hard to resist. I just keep buying. Love the photo.

We got some of that weather today too. It has been years for us though. I like the change as long as it doesn't last !! (;
