I miss the fall foliage of my native Northeast US, but at least we have reds and oranges here in Florida.
An unfortunate discovery on the way to take this shot: my Pentax K3 DSLR is broken! I had not used it since my son gave me a mirrorless camera, and when I got it out again, all the photos were black. After resetting every imaginable function, I went online and discovered it is the aperture control mechanism. My macro lens is now unavailable.
