Experimenting

with manual lenses on my new camera, the Sony A6000. This is an old Tamron 28-75/2.8 that I dearly loved when I first got it, but drifted away from. Need to work on manual focus!

No need to comment.
Lovely pic!!

@allie912 Thanks. I love the camera, too. The image quality is great and the size makes it so much easier to travel--or just take a walk on the beach! My son surprised me with it last fall. He must be clairvoyant, because about a week later my Pentax K30 broke. The only thing I miss about the Pentax is some of my old lenses, but I got an adaptor and I'm playing around with them on the new camera.

I do manual focus often but I find it very difficult to take the perfect shot. Sometimes I think it's my eyes that are wrong.

Looks like you know exactly what you're doing in the manual mode!!! Beautiful macro, love the one little bloom that is open and the DOF!! FAV!

Beautiful shot- looks like the lens agrees well with your new camera. I think the focus is fine- I like that the top of the blossom is the most in focus part of the picture.
