B&W in ATL

After missing my plane connection on a trip to Louisiana, I had a couple of hours in the Atlanta airport with nothing to do. . . . Sitting in an area decorated with old black and white photographs, I read a couple of chapters in "Black and White: From Snap Shots to Great Shots." Thanks for recommending the book, Ann @olivetreeann!

I took this photo with my iPhone and edited it on my iPad, trying out Photos, Snapseed and Pixelmator. This version was done in Pixelmator.

And before I knew it, it was time to board the plane. Time well spent!
Excellent use of time! This picture is fascinating. I would have thought you were in Europe based on those pictures. Very nice. :)

Way to capitalize on your time in an airport! The beautiful shot with some very sharp contrasts! I was excited to see that you found the Swahili word for goodbye and have it in your picture. Kwaheri
