I spent the evening and night with friends in Milton. We caught up with each other over a dinner of Cajun seafood. The next morning, I woke up to roosters crowing and cool, crisp weather. It was wonderful to be back in Louisiana, even for just a day!
Your visit reminds me of how much fun it was to wake up to the sounds of roosters crowing. I would stay at a friend's house once in a while when I was teaching and she had chickens. Glad you had such a nice visit. Good shot too!
