My husband and I attended a cat show. My favorite cat there was this little blue calico. Being cat show newbies, we had to ask what a blue calico is--her dark patches are a bluish-gray. Most of the cats being shown were expensive exotic breeds. She was a rescue; there was a category for household pets.
