IDK what this is

It's some kind of farm implement at the Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge, but I think it looks a little like a sculpture of a bird.

It does look like a bird! Haha- my husband saw the shot and was trying to figure out what it was. I said, "She's not really concerned about the specifics- it's more about what it looks like" but he really wanted to figure it out! Great rust shot!
