Our grandson, taken in 2011 when he was a college football player. Brandon was a gift, a child we raised from the age of seven who gave us joy and new purpose. He has since graduated from college and served in the U.S. Army as a Ranger. Currently he is studying music. A biracial man, thankfully he does not feel he has been a victim of racism. Especially during this time, we are thankful for that.
You asked me to pray for him when he went overseas and I still pray for him every night! I am so glad he is not impacted by this and rest. I pray someday nobody will be. I love this photo of him.
