Built around 1790, this Creole house is one of the oldest along the Mississippi River. It is much smaller than the huge plantation mansions built later in the South, but it was considered an elegant home in its day.
Sorry for uploading so many photos at once, but that's the nature of film for those of us who don't develop our own film. This was shot with Fujifilm Velvia slide film, and I had to send it off to be developed.
