Do you remember using film a long time ago? You took the exposed roll to the camera store, waited till the pictures were ready and tore open the envelope with anticipation. Now I mail the film to the lab and wait for the email with a link to view the pictures online. I got two rolls back today. For some reason, I still love film!

This is a terrific composition Diane. I do remember film. I would be very disappointed to only have access to digital copies after I sent the film in.

Film is to photography like vinyl is to music. It has a different tone and feel over digital. But I've gotten so used to the convenience of digital, I'm stuck on it now. All that being said, you can feel the warmth of the film in this shot, even thought the subject matter is more on the somber side. Beautiful.
