The museum now allows cameras, no flash. Any hints for photographing art?
That's great-- if it doesn't have glass on it, I try to get as close up to the picture I can and leave off the frame. But yours looks nice with the frame too. I like the earth tones in this picture- it is a lovely reflection of the west.

@olivetreeann Thanks for the advice, Ann. If I'd known I could take photos, I would have researched it beforehand! Some of my shots had shadows or glare, even those of paintings without glass. I was also disappointed with my shots of sculptures...

I think that you did a beautiful job here, Diane. You're lucky that you were able to take a photo. Most exhibits around here won't allow cameras at all. I'd love to own this painting . . it's captivating.
